Hi. For Pelvic floor training/strengthening...are there any breathing recommendations while using the device? Breathe out when the device contracts and deep diaphragmatic breathing in when the device turns off or it doesn't really matter? I would assume you would breathe in to relax the pelvic floor muscles. Thanks.

There are no specific breathing recommendations during exercise. You can certainly add your own if you feel you are remaining tense during the rest portion of the program. You can also offer an extra squeeze of the perineum during the exercise portion, but both are personal preference.
