I've been using my kfit toner for about two weeks and I'm definitely impressed and can't believe I'd never heard of these sooner in life. I've had 4 kids, all grown, and my mixed incontinence started in my early 30s. I'm 49 now. I've been told my bladder has dropped but haven't ever been told it's prolapsed. I know I have severe stress incontinence and I also feel like I need to go 2 or 3 times an hour. I can honestly say I noticed a difference in the 1st week after using this device. I stayed with program01 that week but have been using Po8 and Po2, Po4 sometimes. I feel like maybe I'm jumping around too much and really needing advice. This is an awesome product and I want to take full advantage of it!

Twice a day is the max that we recommend for new users. Muscle fibers are built during rest, so working out more with less rest may keep your muscles in a constant state of breakdown without giving them time to rebuild. After you have been working for a couple of months, you should be strong enough to increase your workouts because you will have more muscle tissue to break down.
