I am a new male user, age 45. Primarily looking to address issues of erectile dysfunction. I tend to lose erections after 5 minutes of intercourse before achieving orgasm. I can also have issues with achieving orgasm even when using viagra to treat the loss of erection problem. I would also like to develop a program to maximize prostate health since prostate cancer runs in my family.
Given these goals what programs will help me the most? Should I consider creating my own custom programs? I've read through all the documentation, but all the program descriptions only specify what type incontinence each program can assist with. There is no information for which programs can help with ED and/or prostate health. If I were to create my own custom programs what settings would help me to best acheive my goals? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, and I would be more than happy to share my experiences so that other users with similar problems could benefit from my information.
So far I've had the device for 6 days. I've followed the reccommendation in the manuals and started with P08 for my first treatment. I then cycled from P01 through P07, 2 treatments per day. P08 day 1 evening, P01 on the morning of day2, P02 evening day 2, P03 morning day 3, etc
I am using the strong waveform, and I increase the mA's to as high as possible without being painful or overly uncomfortable.
My plan is to continue cycling from P01 through P07, 2 treatments per day, and hopefully increasing the mA's over time.
If anyone could help me develop a more targeted plan to address my goals I would be very grateful.
Thank you.
There is no specific stimulation that aftects prostate health. All kegel work has benefits to this area. Kegels are one of the first recommendations for rehab after prostate surgery. ED can also be affected by a strong pelvic floor, so kegel work is an important treatment as well. Every program on the K-fit toning unit is designed to stimulate a kegel contraction. There are none that are better or worse for performing this action. It's a bit like all of the machines and exercises that work the chest muscles. There are numorous ways to work this muscle group, but most of them are based on personal preference. The same goes for your kegel exercises. It is very comprehensive to cycle through workouts regularly, but in the end it's just as beneficial for you to focus on a program that you actually enjoy doing, or at the very least tolerate well and feel a positive effect from. P08 is my personal favorite because it has five different settings in a single program.
Your plan to cycle through programs and work twice a day sounds great! Make sure to address your overall physical health as well as your emotional needs which often affect the issues you are treating.
Keep up the good work!
