Increasing workouts might be counterproductive. Exercise breaks a muscle down, then rest gives your body time to rebuild the muscles stronger. If you keep your muscles in a constant state of breakdown by working out too often, then you will actually see a backslide in symptoms because your body doesn't have time to rebuild. Twice a day is ideal for a healthy individual. Older users, or people with weight or other health problems may need more time between workouts. That being said. Once you have completed your first 12 weeks of training and you know that your muscles are strong and capable of harder work, it would be reasonable to increase your workouts. But if your goal is to improve at this point, your best option is simply to remain consistent. Focus on the rest of your health. Give your body the rest it needs between work to rebuild. And be patient. Slow and steady wins the race.
