For women, what does this feel like (sensations) when it’s working correctly? For example, I feel “zaps”
or the pulse of electrical current against my vaginal walls, but I don’t feel any contraction of my muscles taking place. What is the feeling supposed to be like...or what is it for you, when the probe is correctly inserted?
As I have used this device even more I am even more impressed. I have a pumped up feeling of the muscle group that were worked out. I wish I would have found this device sooner! Great product.
I initially had the male probe shallow and would feel a buzz feeling. I could feel the muscles contracting so I figured I was okay. The last time I used the the probe I used it to almost the deepest depth. I adjusted the intensity and wow. The muscle contraction had no buzzing to it and it was a larger group of muscles reacting. I am excited that I was able to just change the depth and get a better response.
Some time ago I used these kegel balls and had no weird feelings. Now under some circumstances, I tried K-fit toner and at first, it was fine, but now I got some strange feelings. Is it okay? Is there any adjustment period?
It should feel like a ticking sensation and then a tightening. Keep the mAs low until you find the proper placement either deeper or more shallow, pressed farther to the left or right. I have a minor prolapse that can be uncomfortable when the conductive panel is pressed to it, when this happens I wait till the rest period and press the probe farther to one side or the other until I find a spot that is comfortable. Remember that the farther from the vaginal opening that the probe is placed, the less sensitive it will be, but it will be no less effective. It also helps to increase the mAs by 3 to 5 points every contraction or every other one, slowly building up in intensity rather than trying to jump all the way up to your target right off the bat. You can also switch programs. Each program targets a different layer of muscle and you may find some feel better for you than others. If you find that you are still very sensitive, try adding a bit more lubricant and switch the waveform to soft, the wavy line with a square top and check mark bottom. Just don’t give up! Consistency will condition your muscle and nerves for the work and you will grow stronger and less triggered to a pain response over time. Push yourself at regular intervals; try increasing your target mAs weekly and switch to the strong waveform when you are comfortable doing so.
