Hi have been using the K-Fit for men for almost 3 weeks. Used it 2 times a day rotating through the programs. When I went to a physical therapy session with bio feedback. I was informed my pelvic floor was hypertonic or has too much tension (I was a constant 17,where as I should have been in the 2 to 5 range) . I was given some yoga stretches to do. Should I stop using K-fit, only use program 11, or continue rotating through the programs and doing the added yoga stretches. My physical therapist wasn't very helpful and said the yoga stretches should help relax the tension in my pelvic floor. Has anyone else been told their pelvic floor was too tense?

Hello, I have worked with women who have hypertonic pelvic floors. We recommend including P01, P06 and P07 regularly to your workout. These are continuous programs that work at TENS settings and are specifically for pain and tension. It seems counterintuitive, but a person with a tense pelvic floor may still have weak pelvic floor muscles. Certainly listen to you PT and include stretching to your daily self-care routine, but unless your PT or doctor tell you to stop exercising I would recommend that you continue.
