Has anyone experienced a lower back sensation when the toner contracts? Around the sacrum area. It does not necessarily hurt, but it just makes my back feel a little tighter and sore while I am using the toner. I normally do my exercises lying on my back with my knees bended if that helps in anyway for feedback. Is this normal? or am I maybe doing the mAs too high?

This is completely normal! It’s also dependent on how your nerve branches are formed, so it might not be something you’ll be able to change. Altering your position and sweeping the probe back and forth might help though. Our nerves move like the roots of a tree from our toes to our brains. Each little branch feeding into larger branches that then carry those signals along. This is the reason that Tibial Nerve Stimulation (where electrode pads are placed over the tibial nerve at the ankle to stimulate a kegel contraction) and Sacral Nerve Stimulation (where electrode pads are placed over the sacrum to stimulate a kegel) work. Stimulating these nerves can cause a signal to travel down that nerve branch to the pelvic floor it eventually passes through, inducing a kegel contraction from a distance. And vice versa in your case.
