We recommend using your toner for about 20 minutes twice a day. Working more often will exhaust your muscles and make it more difficult to recover in a timely fashion. Adding higher mA once the current grows comfortable would be the best step. Remember, the vaginal canal has very low sensation. 60+ mA’s is extremely strong. Don’t judge the strength of your workout by its sensation.
The longer program is more like cardio and the shorter programs are more like weightlifting. The recommended times I referenced are to prevent stacking workouts not a judgement on the length of a program. Each program has been designed by physicians and physical therapists to work for an optimal amount of time based on the strength settings.
