Unfortunately, K-fit sent out about a thousand kits with safety seals that were too fragile to make it through a rough shipping ride without popping preemtively. If you are one of those lucky few buyers that received a kit with its safety film intact, but the safety seals on the box lid popped, then please accept our appology for the confusion and worry this may have caused you. Our company does not sell used kits and your kit was not opened before you received it.

We made the decision to begin adding these safety seals (which will now be strong enough to last through shipping!) because amazon carries our product and, unfortunately, will accept any return, no matter the seller's policy to the contrary. We have also struggled to prevent amazon from re-stocking returned kits to inventory if the warehouse receiver deems them "sellable". This has been truly unfortunate and has resulted in several buyers on amazon receiving an opened kit that another buyer returned. We do not want this to ever happen to a customer and we are working to find a way to prevent amazon from ever doing this again. Hence the seals that were meant to be fragile enough to prevent a buyer from peeling off and resticking.

If you purchased a kit from amazon with the clear safety film removed (clear shrink film that sealed the box inside) then please contact our company for replacement. If you purchased a kit from amazon and the seals were popped, but the box was still in its safety film, then you can rest assured that your kit is simply one from the batch of fragile seals.
