Should I be using this program after I use any of the other programs for workout? I'm confused on this.
Also, after 12 weeks of consistent use, will I see all the progress I'm going to make? Or if I continue using is it possible to still make more progress to not having incontinence? Thank you!
The final two settings on P08 correspond to P03 and P04. If those settings work best for you then I would suggest that you switch to P03 instead of P08. You can also consider creating your own custom program that has higher settings. Instruction are on our website and in your user guide. They may seem intimidating at first but give it a try! I promise it's not so bad if you go slow. You can also download a .pdf copy of the user guide on our website under Q&A so that you can enlarge it as much as needed rather than using phone images, though that is a clever workaround!
You do not need to use P11 after your workouts, this is only a suggested use for people who experience some cramping or soreness after their toning program ends. If you are doing well, then don't add this to your routine.
12 weeks of use is the estimated time that most consistent users will see significant improvement in the tone of their pelvic floor. This is not a point that you will no longer see progress at. There are 11 pre-set programs on the toning unit, but it is capable of almost double the intensity that the strongest pre-set is programmed at. That gives you the equivalent of a new stack of extra heavy weights at the gym. At some point you will feel ready to continue challenging yourself to increase your muscle tone. This will require harder work and the creation of custom programs capable of delivering that level of stimulation. When you find the highest settings of the strongest programs comfortable, or you just feel ready to challenge yourself, pull out the directions for creating a custom program and see how your body feels with the added work.
