Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but used this once a day using various exercises, mostly P03 & P04, square pattern, mostly in the 80% power setting, but most at 99% on the square wave pattern for 2 months. No difference in leaking nor ED.

Lack of visible results can be extremely frustrating. It sounds like you're doing everything right. To be certain that you are getting the most benefit from your K-fit, please make sure that your toner is delivering current at the levels it should be. 99 mA's rectally using our strongest program is extremely intense. Perform a palm test to see how much current the probe is delivering. Hold the probe in your hand with both metal rings pressed to skin. Power on your unit and increase the mA's. The current should grow uncomfortable almost immediately. If you can go over 10 mA's with very little sensation then please contact customer care directly for further support.
The main question to ask is whether kegel exercise can address the issues that you are experiencing. Prostate surgery, atherosclerosis (hardening or blocked arteries), heart disease, high blood pressure or high blood sugar from diabetes are all contributing factors to ED and incontinence. Please make sure to speak to a doctor about the issues that you are experiencing to find out if they feel that kegel exercise will help. If they do then K-fit can work for you! Kegel contractions triggered by EMS are much more effective than manual attempts alone.
It can take longer to reach your goals than anticipated. Just like going to the gym; with commitement we will all eventually see washboard abs, it will just take each of us a different amount of time to get them.
