Hi Im wondering what training cycle or modes you recommend for male PE. And should I add a pad or e-stim strap to work in conjunction with the anal probe? Thank you.
K-fit has not done specific research on treating this issue. General kegel protocol is usually recommended; a muscle building program and a stamina program. P08 for muscle building is my favorite because it targets 5 different layers of muscle in a single program. P06 is great for stamina when you want to hold a muscle contracted longer. When possible, use twice a day morning and night, alternating programs. P08 in the morning and P06 at night. When working once a day then alternate daily with P08 every other day, etc. Adding external pads can activate different muscles. This is never a bad thing! Add external stimulation according to your comfort level. I would not suggest using a rectal probe while using Tibial Nerve Stimulation, but perineal would work cohesively with an internal probe.
